RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for how and where to send your item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
If it is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. This allows us to evaluate and resolve the situation quickly.

We reserve the right to deny damage claims submitted outside of this window.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of handmade, one-of-a-kind, and made-to-order work, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items (including special orders, engraved pieces, or modified designs)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing or before requesting a return.

EXCHANGES

If your item arrived damaged and qualifies for an exchange, we’ll work with you to replace it.
Otherwise, the fastest way to get something new is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and include proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
