PROCESSING TIME

All products are handcrafted by Earth Energy Alchemist. Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1 week. Often, orders are processed faster—but we can’t guarantee a shorter processing time.

Made-to-order and custom work may take 2–4 weeks to create, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive may vary slightly in color from the product photos. This is due to differences in computer monitors and individual perception of color. We do our best to edit our photos as true to life as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

Each item is handmade and may contain subtle imperfections or natural variations that make your piece unique. These are not considered defects and are part of what makes your jewelry one-of-a-kind.

SHIPPING

We currently ship through the following carrier:

  • USPS

At this time, international shipping is not available.

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Earth Energy Alchemist is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for updates or to file a claim.

TIMELINE

Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not speed up order processing time. If your item is not marked as ready to ship, additional time will still be needed to complete it.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Damage or defect claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Personalized and/or custom items are not eligible for return unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted under these circumstances:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Returned packages must be physically received by us before any refund can be issued.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund posts

  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your total.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
